  • Computational studies on inhibition of epigenetic modifications of cancer codes.
  • Fluorescence spectroscopic and molecular docking evidence of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs bind to DNA.
  • Development of fluorescence DNA molecular biomarkers for efficacy assessment of chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer.
  • Development of fluorescence probe based on Hydroxamate derivatives for the analysis of fluoride (F-) ions.
  • Development of fluorescence and colorimetric dual sensing immobilized portable molecular probe for spot analysis of selective trace metal ions in an analytical system.
  • Engineering immobilized DNAzyme fluorescence sensors for environmental on-site monitoring of water bodies.
