We welcome you to the Post Graduate Diploma in Education Programme. The primary goal of this programme is to provide professional training to graduate teachers and other graduates who are in the field of Education.
This is 36 credit programme offered to graduates of recognized universities who are in the education service or those with equivalent qualifications acceptable to the Senate of the OUSL. The main objective of this programme is to provide professional training to graduate teachers in the school system.
The PGDE programme consists of nine (09) compulsory and two (02) optional courses. The total number of courses you should offer is eleven (11).
The OUSL has decided to enroll applicants in the PGDE 2026/27 programme after a selection test. Only candidates who successfully pass the selection test will be invited for an interview prior to admission to the programme.
