📊 Mathematics – Engineering Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, etc.
📈 Management & Communication – Professional & Technical Communication, Engineering Management, etc.
🎓 Undergraduate Project – Application of theoretical knowledge and collaboration with industry.

In the final year, students undertake an undergraduate project, allowing them to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world scenarios and collaborate with industry professionals.

Study Duration

📅 Minimum Duration: 5 academic years (starting from Level 3).

Students with prior academic qualifications beyond standard entry requirements may be eligible for course exemptions based on their learning history.

📌 Minimum Credits Requirement: Even with exemptions, students must complete OUSL courses and earn a minimum number of credits to qualify for an award.

• Obtained passes in the subjects, Combined Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry at the G.C.E. (A/L) Examination, Sri Lanka, in one & the same sitting, or
• Obtained the Advanced Certificate in Science with courses in the disciplines of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, offered by The OUSL, or
• Obtained a minimum three (3) credit (C) passes for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in Cambridge/Edexcel Advanced Level Examination within three years, or
• Obtained an equivalent or higher qualification acceptable to the Senate.
