INSTRUCTIONS
● Course material obtained for courses to be dropped should first be returned to the book distribution centre/regional services division at any centre before submitting this form.
● Students should fill cages 1-4 & hand over the completed form to the Registration Desk.
● You cannot add or drop courses at a higher level without the credit requirements specified at the lower level.
● You are allowed to add courses only if you have paid the full voucher sent to you without any changes.
● You will be permitted to add or drop courses only once during add/drop period.
