Weerasinghe Mudiyanselage Nishadi Ruwandima Weerasinghe received her BSc Engineering degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering specialized in Mechatronics from Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology in 2019. After completing her bachelor’s degree, she completed her Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in the field of Industrial Automation from University of Moratuwa in 2020 and currently reading Masters in Industrial Automation in same university. Her current research is focused on Home automation and energy optimization. She first joined the Open University as a Temporary Lecturer in August 2021.
She currently works as a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala, Nugegoda.
