I am Sumudu Sajeewareka  Jatunarachchi, graduated from  University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka in 1992  and obtained B.Sc honors degree in the field of Chemical Engineering.  I  joined the Open University of Sri Lanka in 1993 and obtained MPhil degree in the area of Bio methanation processes and  renewable energy in 2000. Presently I am  serving as a  Senior lecturer at the  Department of Mechanical Engineering. My teaching areas are  Thermodynamics, Renewable Energy Technologies, Energy Engineering & Management etc. I am  involved  research projects related to energy  and renewable energy technologies.
