Currently, my research focuses on User Experience (UX) evaluation across various digital platforms, including customer experience, student experience, diverse software applications, and crowdsourcing & collaborative systems. I investigate usability, engagement, and accessibility to enhance digital interactions and optimize system performance. My work also explores trust mechanisms, motivation factors, and personalization in digital environments to improve user satisfaction and retention. Through this research, I aim to contribute to the development of more intuitive, inclusive, and high-performing digital experiences.
