All supplication forms must be submitted when collecting your certificate. No certificates will be issued if there is any outstanding money owed to the University. Payments can be made directly to the University Shroff at the Colombo or Kandy Regional Centre on the Awards Ceremony Day, or you can pay online at https://reginfo.ou.ac.lk/.
ආයාචනා පත්රය ඔබගේ සහතිකය ලබා ගන්නා අවස්ථාවේදී පමණක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය. විශ්වවිද්යාලයට ගෙවිය යුතු හිඟ මුදල් තිබේ නම් සහතික නිකුත් කරනු නොලැබේ. සහතිකපත් ප්රදානෝත්සව දිනයේදී කොළඹ හෝ මහනුවර ප්රාදේශීය මධ්යස්ථානයේ විශ්වවිද්යාල සරප් වෙත සෘජුවම ගෙවීම් කළ හැකිය, නැතහොත් ඔබට https://reginfo.ou.ac.lk/ හරහා මාර්ගගතව ගෙවිය හැකිය.
உங்கள் சான்றிதழைப் பெறும்போது அனைத்து விண்ணப்பப் படிவங்களும் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும். பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு ஏதேனும் நிலுவையில் உள்ள பணம் இருந்தால் சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கப்படாது. விருது வழங்கும் நாளில் கொழும்பு அல்லது கண்டி பிராந்திய மையத்தில் உள்ள பல்கலைக்கழக சிராப்பரிடம் நேரடியாக பணம் செலுத்தலாம் அல்லது https://reginfo.ou.ac.lk/. என்ற இணையதளத்தில் online மூலம் பணம் செலுத்தலாம்.
Cloaks will be issued exclusively to the Higher Diploma and Diploma awardees on the date of the Ceremony. Certificate and Advanced Certificate awardees are not authorized to wear a cloak. Cloaks must be returned upon the conclusion of the ceremony.
උසස් ඩිප්ලෝමා සහ ඩිප්ලෝමා සහතිකපත්ලාභීන්ට උත්සවය පැවැත්වෙන දිනයේදී පමණක් ඩිප්ලෝමා ලෝගු නිකුත් කරනු ලැබේ. සහතික සහ උසස් සහතිකලාභීන්ට ලෝගු පැළඳීමට අවසර නැත. උත්සවය අවසානයේ ඩිප්ලෝමා ලෝගු ආපසු භාර දිය යුතුය.
உயர் டிப்ளோமா மற்றும் டிப்ளோமா விருது பெற்றவர்களுக்கு விழா நடைபெறும் நாளில் பிரத்தியேகமாக அங்கி வழங்கப்படும். சான்றிதழ் மற்றும் உயர் சான்றிதழ் பெற்றவர்கள் அங்கி அணிய அனுமதிக்கப்படுவதில்லை. விழா முடிந்ததும் அங்கிகளைத் திருப்பித் தர வேண்டும்.
