I am a Lecturer(Probationary) attached to the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Natural Sciences, The Open University of Sri Lanka. I graduated with First Class Honours in Mathematics from the Open University of Sri Lanka. I have received several academic awards including the H.Somadasa gold medal for the Excellence in Pure Mathematics. My research interests primarily lie in Algebra, Analysis and mathematical modeling.
