Ms. Dulashani Sandamali is a Lecturer (Probationary) in the Department of Secondary & Tertiary Education at the Faculty of Education, The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL). She began her career in 2016 as a teacher of English in the public education sector and joined OUSL in 2019. Since then, she has been actively involved in teaching a range of courses, including Educational Psychology, Educational Technology, and Educational Measurement and Evaluation, across several academic programmes such as the Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Arts in English and English Language Teaching, and the Postgraduate Diploma in Education.

Her research interests focus on the integration of technology in second language learning, innovations in open and distance learning, and the application of psychological theories in digital learning environments.
