Mr. A.M.D. Rathnayaka earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering Honours (Civil Engineering) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, with a minor specialization in structural engineering. He has one year of industrial experience as a civil engineer and has also worked for over a year as a Temporary Demonstrator at the Faculty of Technology, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
