Eng. H.S. Lakmal Perera

H. S. L. Perera graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the The Open University of Sri Lanka in 2010. He joined the Open University of Sri Lanka in 2013 and obtained BTech degree in the area of Investigation into Influence of Diesel Fuel Quality on Exhaust Emission. Presently he is serving as a lecturer (probationary) attached to the Department of Mechanical Engineering and also working as an acting Workshop Engineer in Mechanical Engineering Workshop. His research interests are spread across three broad areas; Engineering Materials, (biocompatibility materials and smart materials), MEMS/NEMS base systems (Micropumps, Microsensors, Microactuators) and Sustainable energy systems.
