Biography: 

An outgoing person with an original and creative mind, prepared to achieve excellence in professional challenges based on a foundation of undergraduate and postgraduate training in Mass Communication and professional credentials as an Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka. My research focuses on Organizational Communication culture, Local Governance and Democracy. And I’m particularly interested in communication dynamics within the organizational culture.
