Diploma in Nursing or General Certificate in Nursing awarded by the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka
or
Diploma in Nursing from any institution recognized by the Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka

Pay the course fee, to any branch of Bank of Ceylon (BOC).
You are required to email the duly filled Application, the copy of the Bank Voucher and certified scanned copy of your Diploma in nursing or General certificate in nursing to nursingcerk@gmail.com.
