The Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration and Public Administration programmes offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka are two-year postgraduate degrees designed for working professionals.
The curriculum is structured to provide a comprehensive understanding of management and administration principles, with a focus on application in real-world scenarios. Both programmes share a set of core courses and elective courses as follows.

The Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and Public Administration (CEMPA) programmes offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka provide flexible payment schemes for their learning partners as follows. The total course fee for the CEMBA/CEMPA programme for local students is approximately LKR 475,000/=,in academic year 2025, which is payable in four installments. This allows students to manage their finances while pursuing their postgraduate studies. Application fee at the registration to the programme Rs 1,000/=
