Dear Student,
This is to inform you that the Final Examinations for the Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree Programme are scheduled to commence on 29th March 2025. In accordance with the university’s policy regarding changes to examination centres, students are required to submit a request should they wish to change their designated examination centre.
Please note that changes to examination centres for the Final Examinations will only be permitted under the following circumstances:
Medical Grounds- Requests must be approved by the University Medical Officer and accompanied by medical reports.
Change of Workplace/ Residence-: Applicants must provide acceptable evidence to support their request.
Any student who intends to change their examination center is required to submit a completed Google Form provided below, along with the necessary supporting documentation.

Students who grant permission to change their examination centres will be notified via email.
Please note that no student will be allowed to take examinations at a centre other than their registered one without written permission from the Senior Assistant Registrar for Examinations. The submission deadline for the application is set for 27th March 2025.
