About the Journal
Management Issues(ISSN 2513-2377) is a peer-review academic journal publishes annually by the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) of the Open University of Sri Lanka. The major focus of Management Issues is to provide a scientific base for young researchers who have completed their undergraduate and postgraduate research studies with FMS. Management Issues aims at providing these young researchers an intellectual platform for high quality research encompassing theory and practice of all the sub-domains of Management. The journal welcomes original works with practical significance and academic value. Young authors of FMS are invited to submit theoretical or empirical papers in all aspects of management.
