The research papers submitted and presented at the conference will be considered for publication after the peer review process in international journals and local journals such as Sri Lanka Journal of Management Studies and Management Issues published by the Faculty of Management Studies, The Open University of Sri Lanka The conference proceedings are peer-reviewed and published with ISSN by the Faculty of Management Studies, The Open University of Sri Lanka.
