Chemical processing laboratory is designed to teach students about chemical processing of textiles. It has facilities to give a general understanding of the total textile finishing processes and to demonstrate the pre-treatment methods; demonstrate the quality properties imparted through them; provide understanding on the basic principles of textile coloration with different dye types and printing and also fastness testing.
