I Am Eco-Smart 2025 One Day Activity – Based Programme for Children

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Date: 01st December 2025
• Registration Deadline: November 20th, 2025
• Application Process: Please submit a separate Google form or application for each student.
• Venue: The Open University of Sri Lanka (OUSL) & Field Visit Locations
• Time: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Meals: Morning refreshments, lunch, and evening refreshment will be provided.
• Dress Code: White T-shirt, trousers, cap, and shoes.
  Items to Bring: Water bottle, cup and plate, dessert cup with spoon, cap, face mask

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Parents interested in enrolling their children in the “I Am Eco-Smart 2025” program should complete the registration form provided.

The form can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically through a Google form link below.
