Dr.(Eng.) Kokila Arandara earned his Bachelor of Science of Engineering degree in 2006 from University of Moratuwa. He completed his MSc Degree (Civil Engineering) from the same university and PhD from OUSL in 2007 and 2024 respectively.He is a Chartered Engineer and a certified Lean Management Practitioner who has more than 18 years of industrial experience in civil engineering, sustainable development and productivity management. Dr. Arandara has attended various applied research and case studies while practicing as an engineer and he is having more than fifteen (12) international and local publications.

Dr. Arandara is a Practicing Engineer who is registered in the Engineering Council of Sri Lanka and Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka. Further, he is an Associate professional of Green Building Council of Sri Lanka and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.
