The Open University of Sri Lanka has decided to declare 28th November 2025 as a holiday, in accordance with the Public Administration Circular No 30/2025 issued by the Secretary, Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils & Local Governments and considering the prevailing adverse weather condition in the County.

රටේ පවතින අයහපත් කාළගුණික තත්ත්වය හේතුවෙන් සහ රාජ්ය පරිපාලන, පළාත්සභා හා පළාත් පාලන ලේකම් විසින් නිකුත් කරන ලද, 30/2025 දරණ රාජ්ය පරිපාලන චක්රලේඛය ද සැලකිල්ලට ගෙන 2025 නොවැම්බර් 28 වන දින විවෘත විශ්වවිද්යාලය සදහා නිවාඩු දිනයක් ලෙස ප්රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට තීරණය කර ඇත.
