Change Centres at the Final Examination – LLB Degree

Dear Student,

This is to inform you that the Final Examinations for the Bachelor of Laws Degree Programme are scheduled to commence on 29th April 2025. In accordance with the university’s policy regarding changes to examination centres, students are required to submit a request should they wish to change their designated examination centre.

Please note that changes to examination centres for the Final Examinations will only be permitted under the following circumstances:

Medical grounds: Requests will be reviewed by the University Medical Officer and must be accompanied by medical reports.
An extraordinary circumstance that may be acceptable to the University, upon approval from the Vice-Chancellor.

Any student who intends to change their examination center is required to submit a completed Google Form provided below, along with the necessary supporting documentation.

Students who grant permission to change their examination centres will be notified via email.

Please note that no student will be allowed to take examinations at a centre other than their registered one without written permission from the Senior Assistant Registrar/ Examinations. The submission deadline for the application is set for 25th April 2025.

Since the selection for the LLB program is based on a competitive examination conducted across the island, changes to exam centers will only be permitted for the reasons previously specified. The final decision, communicated by the Senior Assistant Registrar of Examinations, is not open to further discussion or appeal.

Submitting inaccurate information may result in disciplinary measures being implemented against the student.
