Attempting the Final Examinations from overseas
Dear Student,
Students who wish to attempt the Final Examinations of the Faculty of Health Sciences from overseas countries are requested to complete the below Google form and submit the application accordingly.
Candidates are required to pay US $50 per subject at the time of applying for the examination. Kindly note that your application will only be processed with the receipt of the above payment. Kindly refer to https://ou.ac.lk/servicesprovidex/ for more information.
Make sure that you have obtained the eligibility for the subjects requested in the application before submitting. Students who have already sent the overseas examination request via email and other means are also required to submit this application. Kindly note that the application submission deadline will end at 12:00 noon on 2024.02.29, and no application will be entertained after that deadline.
