Department of Social Studies – Re-scrutinization of Result – Final Examination

BA Degree in Social Sciences (Level 03/04/05) and BA Degree in Youth and Community Development (Level 03/04) – Closing Date:16/04/2024 (The application will not be accepted after the closing date.)

Instructions to Complete the application of re-scrutinization (Online).

1. Applications will be accepted online only.
2. The application must be filled correctly.
3. Indicate your registration number clearly on the application form.
4. Rename and save your application by entering your registration number level wise.  (Ex: Level3_123456789)
5. Keep a copy of the application with the original payment slip with you for verification purposes.
6. The Completed application form should be mailed to re-scru.ssd@ousl.lk
7. The fee for one subject is Rs. 500/= and Payment can be made by online transfer Credit/Debit.
8. The following account number should be credited (People’s Bank A/C 174100170350215.)
9. The payment slip should be sent as a scanned pdf along with the application.
10. Your application and payment slip must be converted to pdf before uploading it. We do not accept any other file format.
