Prof. V. Sivalogathasan, is a Professor in Management Studies and Founder Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, the Open University of Sri Lanka. He has an BCom(Hons), MBA (IB) and Ph.D. in Innovation and Strategy Management at Zhejiang University, China. Prof. V. Sivalogathasan spent several years as a Human Resource Manager at International Organizations. He was an Assistant Registrar at the Vavuniya Campus of the University of Jaffna and Assistant Lecturer at Department of Management Studies, University of Peradeniya. He has been awarded a several scholarship for his Undergraduate study as well as postgraduate studies. His research interests include Innovation Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship.
