We are pleased to inform you that registration for the Bachelor Degree in Nursing will be held on the following dates:

18th, 19th, and 20th September 2024 at all regional centers except Kandy R.C.
Kandy Regional Center will be closed on 20th September 2024.
Kindly note that the dates of Late registration and Drop date have been changed as follows.

Due to non-academic strike, all regional centers and study centers are closed. It is not permitted to visit the university physically.

Instructions Before Starting the Research Project-NGU6803

Dear Students,

1 -Please contact your friends and form a 04-member group before beginning your Research Project. You should have 04 members to commence the project.
2 -Choose a topic that is agreeable to all members.
3 -If you live a long distance from Colombo, we strongly advise you to get an appropriate supervisor from outside. He/she must be qualified with a postgraduate degree in Nursing (MSc/MPhil/PhD), and you must first submit a letter from an outside supervisor confirming his/her willingness to supervise your research (address to Dr. B. Sunil S De Silva, The Course Coordinator). However, if you choose a supervisor from the Open University Colombo Regional Centre, you must meet with your supervisor in person at CRC to get advice.
