Prof. V. Sivalogathasan, is a Professor in Management Studies and Founder Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies, the Open University of Sri Lanka. He has an BCom(Hons), MBA (IB) and Ph.D. in Innovation and Strategy Management at Zhejiang University, China. Prof. V. Sivalogathasan spent several years as a Human Resource Manager at International Organizations.
