Opening Ceremony of New Location of Kilinochchi Study Centre

We are pleasure to inform you that the opening ceremony of new location at OUSL Kilinochchi Study Centre was held on 9^th December 2022 at the Kilinochchi Study Centre with the participation of Mrs. Rubawathi Ketheeswaran, District Secretary to the Kilinochchi District and other Government Officials in Kilinochchi District. This event was graced by the Vice Chancellor of OUSL Prof. P.M.C. Thilakarathne, Mrs. Vindya Jayasena, Registrar of OUSL and other Senior academic and administrative  officers of OUSL.
