Special Message to Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) Students

Dear Student,

As you are aware, the Final Examinations for the Bachelor of Software Engineering (Hons) Degree Programmes will commence on 16th January 2025.

Kindly note that changes to examination centers for the Final Examinations will only be permitted under the following circumstances:

1. Medical Grounds- Requests must be approved by the University Medical Officer and accompanied by medical reports.
2. Change of Workplace/ Residence-Applicants must provide acceptable evidence to support their request (ex., Grama Niladari Certificate).

Any student who wishes to change their examination center can use the attached form and submit the completed documents to the center where they intend to take the examinations on or before 10th January 2025. Please note that no student will be allowed to take the examinations at any center other than their registered one without written permission from the Senior Assistant Registrar/Examinations. Last-minute requests to change the examination center will not be accommodated under any circumstances. Submitting false information will lead to disciplinary actions.
