Achinthya Koswatta, is currently a  Lecturer (Probationary) in Economics at the Department of Social Studies of the Open University of Sri Lanka. She graduated from University of Peradeniya with a Special Degree in Economics and Statistics and also completed a Master Degree in Economics (MEcon) from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, where her research focuses on International Economics, Public Finance, Econometric Model Building and Monetary Economics. Her policy research includes some research/ monograph publications on International Econmics, Monetary Economics and Public Finance in addition to the other conference papers she presented.
