I am Chandana Fernando attached to Faculty of Education, currently working as a Senior Lecturer. I have worked as a Curriculum Development officer attached to the Primary Education Department & Mathematics Department of the National Institute of Education (1999-2010). Further, I have been a member of a number of national level committees.

I obtained the B.Sc (first class honors) from the OUSL in 1998, and won the Ellepola Memorial Gold Medal for the best performance in Science. I obtained the PGDE (with distinction) from the University of Colombo, MA in Curriculum Education from the University of London, MPhil from the University of Colombo.
