I am Dr. Jeeva Ekanayake, a Lecturer at the Open University of Sri Lanka with over 8 years of experience in the software development industry and 3+ years as an academic. I specialize in Agile software development, testing, and quality assurance, with a passion for coaching and mentoring in Agile methodologies and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). My work includes both academic teaching and practical training, aiming to blend theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. My dedication to fostering Agile practices in software engineering projects is reflected in my ongoing research and professional engagements.
