This is the 4th Student Research Symposium organized by the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (SRSHSS). It will be held on the 28th of August 2025, at the Central campus of the Open University of Sri Lanka, Nawala. Abstracts are invited from both undergraduate and postgraduate students from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences under four tracks such as Society, Culture, Politics, International Relations, Economics and Communication, Language and Literature, Law and Society, Library and Information Studies. The abstracts accepted for the presentation will be published in the Conference Proceedings. All presenters will receive certificates of presentation, and the best undergraduate and postgraduate presenters from each track will be awarded the Best Paper Awards for the year 2025.
