I completed a Master of Philosophy Research Degree at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka under the supervision of Dr.  L. N.  K. de Silva and Mr. K. K. W. A Sararth Kumara. I am working in the area of Mathematical Logic and the title of the research is “Study of Gödel’s incompleteness theorems and their implications on mathematics, artificial intelligence and philosophy”. I graduated from the University of Colombo with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours Degree specializing in the area of Mathematics. My teaching career at University Level extends back to 1994, first as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Colombo for about one year. I worked as a mathematics teacher at St. Joseph’s Collage Colombo from 1999 to 2009. Currently, I am serving in the Department of Mathematics and Philosophy of Engineering of the Faculty of Engineering Technology of The Open University of Sri Lanka as a Senior Lecturer.
