Ms. Rajini Mangaleswarasharma completed her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Jaffna in 2000. Then she completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Education in 2006, Master of Education in 2009, and Master of Philosophy in Education in 2016 from the same university. Currently, she is reading PhD in Education in the University of New South Wales, Australia.

She has started her career as a graduate teacher in 2003. Joined the Open University as a Lecturer (on contract) in 2010. Presently she is serving as a Senior Lecturer in Secondary and Tertiary Education at the Jaffna Regional Centre of the Open University of Sri Lanka.

Areas of Specialization:

Educational Psychology, Educational Guidance and Counselling, Measurement and Evaluation, Educational Technology, and Multi Grade teaching.

Research interests:

Educational Psychology, Educational guidance and counselling, Gifted Education, Teacher Education, and Open and distance learning.
