Introduction
Established in 2014, Badulla Regional Centre is one of the youngest Regional Centres in the Open University of Sri Lanka located in the hub of Badulla City.In just seven years, Badulla grown from an information Centre to a Regional Centre with 1400 students. As of now, Badulla Regional Centre conduct Postgraduate Degrees, Undergraduate Degrees, Diplomas and Certificate Programme conducted by the six faculties of the University by providing facilities to the studentsreside in Uva Provinceto fulfill their Higher Education Aspirations.

Badulla Regional Centre is the 8th Regional Centre of the Open University of Sri Lanka, officially Opened on the 4th of July 2014. As a young Regional Centre, Badulla accommodates Academic Activities and Examinations carried out by the sixfaculties of the Open University of Sri Lanka.
