ARIF Lab receives $2.5M NSF grant for nano materials research over the next 3 years.
The ARIF Research Lab specializes in advanced materials physics, focusing on the discovery and characterization of novel functional materials. Our interdisciplinary team combines experimental techniques with computational modeling to unlock new properties and applications in quantum materials, semiconductors, and nanocomposites.
With state-of-the-art facilities and a commitment to collaborative research, we push the boundaries of what’s possible in materials science.
Structural, optical, electrical, and acoustic characterization services supported by expert technical staff.
Joint research projects with universities, research institutes, and industry partners at national and international levels.
R&D support for industrial partners.
Investigating topological insulators, superconductors, and exotic quantum states to understand fundamental physics and enable next-generation technologies.
Developing nanostructured materials with tailored properties for applications in energy storage, catalysis, and biomedicine.
Engineering novel battery materials, solar cells, photovoltaics, and thermoelectric devices for sustainable energy solutions.

With 14 advanced materials science instruments and expert technical support, ARIF provides high-quality analytical and characterization services to enable collaborative research and innovation. On that day, there is an Open Day session from 2.00 pm.
